TABLE ROCK BASSMASTERS

Welcome to the TABLE ROCK BASSMASTERS webpage.

Members of B.A.S.S. and the MISSOURI BASS FEDERATION NATION.

We are based on Table Rock Lake in Kimberling City MO

We fish year round January through December

The Table Rock Bassmasters is one of the oldest existing Bass Clubs in Missouri. We are interested in sharing knowledge, learning skills and participating in the sport of Bass Fishing. We have a yearly habitat restoration program and are very active in the preservation and conservation of our fishery.

The Table Rock Bassmasters is a Catch, Measure and Immediate Release club that competes for fun, braggin rights and points. (No money awards other than big bass pot and federation tournaments)
Our fish survival rate is extremely high due to our Catch, Measure and Release format. We encourage all clubs to give it a try.

We have 28 active members and are accepting new members.

We also have just started the Junior Table Rock Bassmasters Youth Club. Our members are excited! Hopefully, we can pass down some of our skills and knowledge to help a new generation learn how to catch em and get them hooked on fishing!

TRAGETY ON TABLE ROCK LAKE

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of one of our brothers,

Jim Clouse of The Table Rock Bassmasters.

His death on Monday, February 25, 2008 was accidental.

It is believed Jim was moving his dock on Table Rock Lake, when he was struck by the crank, fell in the water and drowned.

Jim was a pillar of our club, a member for nearly 20 years and a TRUE Fisherman.  He was on the lake doing what he loved.  He had consistently been in the top 3 of the standings year after year.  Most of all he was a mentor to us all, always sharing his information and techniques.  He was a man of GOD and will be welcomed through the golden gates with a Rod and Reel waiting for him.  We will truly miss him.

'Too often we note and make mention of people we barely know, yet it's only in their passing do we note the real impact they left on our lives.'

Please keep Jim's family in your prayers.
